Rick Santorum will be speaking at the Des Moines Register's State Fair Soapbox, located at the Horner Service Center at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, IA.

Adult tickets (ages 12+) cost $8, child tickets (ages 6-11) cost $4, and tickets for children ages 5 and under are free. The cost includes admission to the Iowa State Fair for one day.
